We operate in the Specialty Chemical /pharmaceutical sectors and cater to more than 100 countries featuring some of the marquee fortune 500 companies and now we aim to become a Billion-dollar conglomerate.
 
Along with my brother Nitin, In mid 90’s we were able to become one of the first companies to manufacture Triclosan in India and then later turned it into Chlorhexidine Plant as a result of soaring demands back in 2006.
 
With a mammoth risk appetite, out of the box thinking with unparalleled negotiating skills, today we have been able to grow the group organically and inorganically by overseas acquisition, setting up overseas subsidiaries to be closer to client and strategic alliance to expand the reach worldwide and restoring their profitability including:

Today in my role as Chairman/Promoter of Garonit group, I look after the business development along with drafting, implementing sales strategies which helps maximising market share and expand in new markets. In addition, I closely monitor purchase decisions to keep the cost under control.
 
With clients like UNICEF, WHO, The Red Cross and other iconic names, I like to contribute to society as well.
 
When I am not directing Garonit on its path, you can find me spending time with my family, Pet or keeping up with my health.

With a degree in Chemical Engineering, I along with my brother Rohit Garg, ventured into the chemical business and built garonit group over the last 2.5 decades making it one of the most profitable and professionally run companies in India and across the world.

Today as a Technical Director of the company, I am responsible for Managing the entire production, compliances, new product development and related certifications of the group to ensure that the product is manufactured in the most cost-effective, innovative way to meet the global standards. I oversee recruitment and guide the management team to lead over 250 employees at the factory, I was also responsible for developing the GMP and ISO systems for the company back in early 2000. goal is to transform the garonit group from family run business to professionally/process driven MNC.

Troy has been involved in the Life Science industry for 30 years, 10 years in the finished dosage market and 20 years in the ingredient market. He has a variety of exposure and experience in Procurement, Quality Control, Sales, and Principal Management. His experience in Quality Control, Procurement, and Principal Management has allowed him to develop strategic principles and facilitate their goals and objectives while the sales experience has allowed him to collaborate with customers to understand their needs and help them meet their goals and objectives. Troy resides in Grand Rapids, MI.

Darshan Bhawsar is a highly experienced and accomplished Global CFO at Garonit Group, Darshan brings with him over 18 years of comprehensive experience in key financial domains, including compliance, treasury, accounts receivable/payable, supply chain, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).  

Darshan joins us from Kenvue, where he served as Finance Controller and spearheaded strategic planning and analytics, driving impressive business enhancements exceeding $500 million. His leadership in gross profit enhancement, new product launches, and organizational restructuring showcases his exceptional ability to optimize financial performance and drive strategic growth.
 
Prior to Kenvue, Darshan held various finance leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, where he honed his skills in financial planning and analysis, supply chain finance, and compliance. Notably, Darshan has a proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing finance teams across the Asia Pacific region, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. His deep understanding of financial operations in diverse manufacturing companies, coupled with his exceptional people leadership skills, makes him an ideal fit to lead Garonit Pharma's finance organization into the future.
 
His strategic vision, proven ability to optimize financial operations, and talent for building strong relationships will be instrumental in leading our company towards continued success and expansion. 

Darshan is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.

Vijay joined us from ARXADA and is a seasoned professional with experience of 33 years in the Global specialty chemical industry. With deep expertise in market dynamics, innovation in field of Specialty Chemicals, Polymers &Disinfectants, he has successfully navigated international markets to drive Sustainable business growth. His extensive knowledge spans Strategic business development, Regulatory compliance, Supply chain management. Well known for his ability to foster collaborations across cultures and industries, he excel in solving complex challenges and driving advancements in specialty chemicals.
