Along with my brother Nitin, In mid 90’s we were able to become one of the first companies to manufacture Triclosan in India and then later turned it into Chlorhexidine Plant as a result of soaring demand back in 2006.

With a degree in Chemical Engineering, I along with my brother Rohit Garg, ventured into the chemical business and built garonit group over the last 2.5 decades making it one of the most profitable and professionally run companies in India and across the world.

Sanket is a highly accomplished CEO at R N Laboratories in India. With a unique blend of academic and practical experience, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and an MBA from NMIMS, providing him with a strong foundation in both technical and business skills.

Throughout his almost two-decade-long career in Commercial & Corporate Banking, Sanket has managed a chemical and API-concentrated portfolio of clients, driving his passion for the industry and equipping him with valuable skills and insights. His expertise in financial data analysis, greenfield projects, acquisition financing, and business development has been instrumental in making a positive impact on R N Laboratories.

Sanket’s outstanding leadership skills have been consistently demonstrated throughout his 18-year banking career, earning him recognition as one of the top-performing bankers in the industry. He has managed some of India’s largest public sector companies, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations. His Chemistry background and practical experience, combined with his passion for finding solutions, has made him a natural fit to transition into a leadership role at R N Laboratories.

Apart from work, Sanket is a devoted father to a 7-year-old and a proud husband to an entrepreneur. He is also an avid cricket lover.

Vikram Vyas is a highly experienced and accomplished Global CFO at Garonit Group, with over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting. He has a proven track record of driving high standards of excellence and maintaining a commitment to transparency in all his work.

Throughout his career, Vikram has been involved in financial planning, audit and taxation, costing, and financial reporting, enabling him to implement systems and procedures to facilitate internal controls across all functional areas. He has ensured compliance with accounting and financial management standards and internal company policies across a wide range of industries.

As the Global CFO of Garonit Group, Vikram is responsible for strategic planning in all functional areas of the company, both domestic and overseas. Vikram’s strong ability to liaise with external agencies like statutory and internal auditors, consortiums, and multiple banks has been critical to his success. He is a self-motivated individual who strives for excellence in all that he does and is eager to bring his expertise to the Garonit Group to drive continuous growth and success.

Troy has been involved in the Life Science industry for 30
years, 10 years in the finished dosage market and 20 years in the
ingredient market. He has a variety of exposure and experience in
Procurement, Quality Control, Sales, and Principal Management. His
experience in Quality Control, Procurement, and Principal Management
has allowed him to develop strategic principles and facilitate their
goals and objectives while the sales experience has allowed him to
collaborate with customers to understand their needs and help them
meet their goals and objectives. Troy resides in Grand Rapids, MI.
